I purchased one of the Air Cookers and all the guides on the push indicators is wearing off, i've only had this thing for about 2 months. I how can I return it?

Chef Todd and Joy Mangano raved about these pans. I cannot how they can blatantly lie and sell these cheap products. I bought 2 sets one for my daughter in Calif and one for myself. I thought we did something wrong as all the pans stick, stick, stick. Half a scrambled egg just gets stuck to the bottom and even soaking it in super hot water will not remove it. I would like to slap Chef, Joy and every HSN host upside the head with these pans. Yes it did SOUND TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. Your Italian grandmas should teach you both a lesson for lying. Mover over HSN I am going to QVC.

I have had a set of 3 for just over 6 months. By far the worst pans I have ever bought at this price range. They stick - and stick bad. Even if we use a lot of oil, they still stick. We've cleaned them and used them as per the instructions, and they just get worse with each use.

We have pans from Caphalon and even a small 8" from Rachel Ray that we picked up at Home Goods that we've had for 3 years and both pans are far superior to the Green Pan.

I wish I had returned these at the first sign of sticking back in January. Now of course it is too late. So more than $100 down the drain on pans that stick on hamburgers. Yes even fatty hamburger meat sticks on these. Bacon too. Forget eggs. Literally have to peel the stuck on egg of the pan with a plastic spatula.

They will work for a few uses and then ka-put.

DO NOT BUY TODD ENGLISH PANS!!!!!! Everything sticks after just a few uses. I followed all their care instructions for these "easy to use" pans. I seasoned the pan before my first use, hand wash, no nylon scrubby, use oil everytime, no spray on oil and do not cook over medium high, yet everything sticks!!!!! And part of their sales pitch was to use a heat gun to prove you can cook in a commercial kitchen and it would work up to 850 degrees. So why cant I use my home stove over medium high? After I bought 3 pans the instructions said, the pans would lose some of their nonstick quality with time. That is the only truthful statement this company has EVER made!

I think that the Green Pan that Todd English promotes on HSN is terrible, and what worst is, I call HSN and because it was over 30 days they wo't stand behind it. I can't even cook eggs without them sticking. I bought three pans, spent over 300.00 with tax and shipping. I should have went by the old addage, IF IT SOUND TO GOOD TO BE TRUE,....!
